The GLPEF currently offers two (2) scholarships to students at Titchfield High School; and four (4) awards to students in two programmes at the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech, Ja.). For Titchfield High School, scholarships are available to two (2) grade 12 students who excelled at the Caribbean Secondary Examination Council (CSEC) level. The following are the conditions, criteria, and awards.

In the future, support will also be available to students of Spanish Town High School, St. Catherine High School, and Wolmer's Trust High School for Girls.
The GLPEF awards at UTech, Ja. are as follows: Best Academic Performance Award for Real Estate Management and Valuation (REMV), and Urban and Regional Planning (URP) Students; and the Good Citizenship Award.
The Best Academic Performance Award is open to students from the following undergraduate programs:
A. B.Sc. Urban & Regional Planning Year 2
B. B.Sc. Urban & Regional Planning Year 3
C. B.Sc. Real Estate Management and Valuation Year 2
The Gregory Lloyd Prince Educational Foundation Award for Good Citizenship is open to B.Sc. Urban & Regional Planning Year 3, or Year 4.
One (1) student is presented with the Good Citizenship Award annually. The successful recipient, who is identified by the Faculty of the Built Environment is considered to be the most helpful and resourceful student who fervently supports events and initiatives of the URP Department.
